• All orders ship within in 3 business days. Shipping is through UPS ground and usually takes 5-10 business days. If you would like to request a tracking number, please e-mail us.
• Unfortunately, at this time we cannot sell outside of the US and Canada over the internet. There are many issues such as import/export laws and shipping that we need to resolve. Please e-mail or call us at 612-821-8766 for international orders.
• Our Secure SSL connection is through paypal. Paypal protects both the buyer and the seller with the highest in security and fraud protection. You need not be a member to make a purchase through paypal. Just enter your information and wait your accordion paraphenalia to arrive!
• We have a bracketed shipping system which will be displayed at checkout.
• We do not sell instruments over $2000 via the internet. Why? We feel buying an expensive instrument is a big investment and one that should be handled personally so we can answer all your questions. We want to make sure you're getting exactly the instrument you've always dreamed of!
• MN Residents will be asked to pay local sales tax at checkout.
